Functional Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team, responsible for identifying business problems, designing solutions, and ensuring successful integration into the enterprise environment.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to reflect on and propose solution alternatives that align with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Work with architects to design application solutions and identify impacts on different components.
• Support development, testing, and deployment to ensure the solution meets functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support post-production, including incident analysis and coordination.

Experience & Skills :

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IT systems, UML, API design, and microservices.
• Experience in banking systems and financial flows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Fluent in English (French and Dutch are a plus).
• Rigorous, methodical, and analytical.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
