We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Fashion Wholesale and Retail Manager to oversee and drive the international wholesale and retail expansion and performance of Tomorrowland’s Fasion, Lifestyle and Home products.


This role is key to ensuring that Tomorrowland’s wholesale partners and Flagship stores operate efficiently, maximizing profitability, brand presence, and market share across global markets.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both the wholesale and retail sectors of the fashion industry, possess strong leadership skills, and be adept at managing a diverse range of partners and stakeholders across various regions.



RESPONSIBILITIES


Wholesale Management:

  • Develop and implement a global wholesale strategy, identifying and securing partnerships in new and existing international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale accounts, distributors and agents to ensure brand alignment, sales growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by analyzing market trends, setting sales targets and overseeing the execution of wholesale deals, including negotiating terms and contracts.
  • Ensure that all wholesale partners adhere to brand guidelines and pricing strategies to maintain consistent global positioning.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and optimize inventory allocation for wholesale accounts.



Retail Management:

  • Oversee the operational management of both owned and franchise retail stores across international regions, ensuring profitability, performance, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key retail metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer experience, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the real estate and development teams to open new stores in key global markets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and profitability goals.
  • Mentor store managers and shop staff, ensuring cohesive strategy across stores and markets while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with e-commerce teams to create seamless integration between physical stores and digital channels, enhancing the overall customer experience.



Strategy & Financial Management:

  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the business, using market research and insights to shape long-term goals for wholesale and retail growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure cost-effective operations across both wholesale and retail divisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to set global pricing, promotions, and discount strategies that reflect both wholesale and retail needs while maintaining brand integrity.



Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep up-to-date with global fashion and retail trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in both wholesale and retail spaces.



MUST-HAVES

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fashion wholesale and retail management, with a proven track record of driving international growth.
  • MBA or a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of global fashion markets, distribution channels, retail environments, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from franchisees to corporate teams.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin,…) are a plus.
  • Experience with luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Experience working with both emerging and established markets.
