About Our Client

Join an international organization that operates at the forefront of the insurance and financial services industry. We are seeking a dedicated Group Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, and HR administration.

Job Description


  • Develop and oversee annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Consolidate financial reports from multiple countries and ensure timely reporting to the Executive Committee.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, currency conversions, and funding allocations across international offices.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations and support audits for legal entities.
  • Handle payroll coordination across multiple countries, collaborating with local advisors.
  • Support the transition to new financial software tools and processes.
  • Act as the liaison with multinational clients, stakeholders, and network members to maintain excellent communication and service delivery.


The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in finance and management. The ideal candidate will possess:


  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Engineering - or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
  • A track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency improvements.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Analytical and a detail-oriented mindset.
