Group Supply Chain Project Manager

Your Scope

Ardo serves its clients globally in the Retail, Food Service, and Industry segments. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Group Supply Chain Project Manager to support our transformation to a global, streamlined supply chain network. In this role you are part of Ardo’s global supply chain organization, reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director, and operating from our headquarters.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You guide the transition to a global supply chain model, aligning operations across multiple regions with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and long-term scalability.
• You manage the implementation of tools such as ERP and other advanced planning systems, supporting the digitalization of our supply chain.
• You lead initiatives to analyze and optimize our existing supply chain network, including relocation of workflows, and streamlining of processes.
• You ensure the collection, integration, and accuracy of master data, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• You manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels and departments within the organization.
• You ensure alignment on KPIs, capacity planning, and financial parameters with production, packaging, finance, warehousing, and transport.
• You contribute to the execution of the digitalization roadmap and manage change, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across teams and sites.
• You optimize our footprint, continuously investing in people, processes and tools and thus making our supply chain ready and sustainable for the future.
  
  
  

Your profile

• You have an extensive expertise in Supply Chain Management, particularly in network planning, in a highly volatile and demanding market.
• You have a master level degree in a relevant field.
• You have a proven track record of successfully leading and executing supply chain system implementations, particularly ERP and planning tools.
• You have strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with the ability to drive alignment and manage complex cross-departmental projects.
• You can analyze complex supply chain networks, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven solutions.
• You are an excellent communicator in English and preferably in Dutch, who works effectively with international teams.
