Group Talent Acquisition Manager
Your Mission
Your mission is to attract and retain top talent globally by developing innovative and strategic talent acquisition practices. You will build a compelling employer brand, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and provide seamless onboarding to foster a thriving and diverse workforce.
Key Accountabilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: You develop and implement global short/mid/long-term talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with business leaders, based on workforce planning, succession planning, and market analysis.
- Employer Branding: You enhance our reputation as an employer of choice by creating and delivering compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVP) tailored to different geographies, roles, and generations.
- Sourcing Strategy: You design innovative talent sourcing strategies, build partnerships with educational institutions and recruitment firms, and develop diverse talent pools for critical positions.
- Key Hirings: You oversee the recruitment of senior leadership and key functional roles.
- Selection Process: You implement global recruiting processes and tools (LinkedIn, Hudson,…), develop job profiles, and utilize digital tools to assess talent and eliminate bias.
- Reporting: You monitor and report on talent acquisition metrics and budget, ensuring effective measurement of hiring quality and cost.
- Capability Development: You lead a network of recruiters, share best practices, and provide training on sourcing and selection. You develop training for hiring managers to enhance their selection skills.
- Candidate Experience: You ensure an exceptional candidate experience through a balanced human and digital approach, interactive career portals, and talent community management.
- Onboarding: You develop and implement global onboarding programs to provide new hires with a top-notch experience, including mentoring and tailored up-skilling.
- Education: Master Degree
- Experience: 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a highly international setting, including at least 3 years in a leading role.
- Languages: Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, experienced with HRIS (SuccessFactors), website design, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Global Mindset: Enthusiastic about working in an international environment with occasional project-related travel.
