Key Criteria
Experience
• 2–4 years of professional experience at an investment bank, strategy consulting firm, other investment fund, or a similar organization.
• Strong performance, demonstrated by top rankings or standout reviews in your current role.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
Skills
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Flemish is a required skill for this role.
Qualifications
• You have a Master’s degree in engineering, law, or economics & finance with excellent academic credentials.
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong “always-on” attitude, able to work under tight deadlines.
• You bring around 10 years of business experience, focusing on change management, strategy, and general management. Experience in transactions and M&A is considered a plus.
• You have prior P&L and balance sheet responsibility.
• You have a passion for business and investments.
• You are aware of cultural and interpersonal differences in management styles, and you adopt an outside-in, pragmatic, and humble approach with colleagues.
• Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow for effective long-distance and to-the-point communication.
