The position
LIZY is looking for a Head Revenue Expansion to join our team.
- By leading two departments at LIZY: Account Management & Customer Care, you will play a key role in the commercial and operational success of LIZY in all three markets,
- You will build LIZY’s account management department from scratch, building a team of A-players, who ensure we have best-in-class retention and upsell performance across markets and cater to the various needs of our customer segments.
- You’ll lead our Care department across three markets, ensuring we deliver outstanding service throughout the customer lifetime and we nail customer happiness. LIZY is known for its best-in-class NPS and you will be the one owning that.
- You'll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime, hands-on and with direct impact and ownership, you will help grow LIZY to the next level and into a successful multi-country business.
🙍🙋♂️About you
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer for a leading digital company (scale-up). Experience in top-tier consulting or banking is a plus.
- Commercial experience: You have experience working in account management, customer success, or sales in a rapidly growing digital company.
- Commercially structured mindset: You see commercial opportunities and blockers, pain points for customers to grow with LIZY, and can translate this into a systematic approach to grow our commercial organisation and offering.
- Customer mindset: You feel the pain of our customers when something goes wrong, and have the ability to translate those issues into improvement plans.
- Hands-on: You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and see the (fun) challenge of handling a few accounts yourself and deepdiving into customer complaints.
- Entrepreneurial: You love building companies, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
- Growth Mindset: You’re always keen to learn new things, share your knowledge, adapt to change, and learn from past experiences.
- Work ethic: you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.
- Fluent in English, and French/Dutch (ideally both)
- Nice to have: passion for cars.
