Who are we looking for?

In a fast-evolving digital environment, our HR department is looking for a high-performing administrative professional to support our Mobility Manager with administrative tasks and assist our Talent Manager with the practical organization and administration of learning programs. You will manage our LMS platform, Cornerstone, as well as our fleet platform, XPO Fleet, ensuring smooth operations across both areas. Your Responsibilities :


1.Learning Administration :

  • You will manage the administration of the Cornerstone platform (as a global admin), including supporting local administrators, working with global and cross-functional content, further development, and creating processes as well as an instruction manual.
  • You will provide administrative and organizational support for the Leading for Good training program, our Group-wide training initiative for people managers.
  • You will manage the training budget and handle internal recharges.
  • You will develop our training reporting tool in collaboration with our Power BI expert.


2.Fleet Administration :

  • You have to handle administrative tasks related to fleet management, including contract follow-ups, data entry, card orders, contract terminations and transfers, and documentation.
  • You maintain and improve reporting tools such as Excel (pivot tables, reports) and Power BI (dashboard creation and updates).
  • You will monitor deadlines and ensure data quality for internal stakeholders (accounting, HR, procurement, etc.).
  • You identify opportunities to improve existing administrative processes.
  • You act as the first point of contact for drivers and internal departments regarding recurring requests.

3.Support in various HR projects



Your skills and experience:

  • You have a strong knowledge in French and Dutch. A practical knowledge in English is needed to communicate with our Polish team and to use our IT platforms.
  • You have advanced proficiency in office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • You have experience managing databases and administering learning management systems and fleet management. The knowledge of Cornerstone and/or XPO Fleet is a real plus.
  • You manage your time and priorities effectively, handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to work.
  • You can write clear and structured reports and administrative documents.
  • You take initiative and demonstrate proactivity in your work.
  • You work autonomously while remaining reliable and accountable.
  • You pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate well with remote teams and internal stakeholders.
