The Missions :
• Support all payroll administration, time & attendance and administrative processes for the personnel in Brussels
• Manage all administration matters for employees : contracts, addendums, career interruption requests, benefits, insurances, different certificates, celebrations (births, weddings, etc…)
• Input data for HR/payroll in payroll and Time & Attendance systems
• Manage, maintain and update employee files in the HR and Time & Attendance systems digital
• Be the key first point of contact for employees regarding administrations topics and ensure an appropriate answer in timely manner and in accordance to our social legislation requirement and processes.
• Execute all reporting requests regarding overtime, trainings, career interruptions, FTE’s, headcount, ..
• Support in Onboarding of new hires
• Coordinate training requests
• Coordinate the internship administration
• Coordinate the job description processes for the signature but not for the content (responsibility of the concerned manager)
• Support international / expatriate personnel file and payroll, single permit requests,…
• Support the process of the social elections
• Support or manage optimization continuous improvement projects (ex: development compensation a& benefits policies, etc….)
• Support financial audits & social inspections
• Ensure back-up of all WD actions in case of absence of the SME (Subject Matter Expert)
• Ensure back-up of the HR Administration Payroll Manager
Profile :
• Bachelor in a related field, or equivalent by experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of all payroll and HR Admin tasks
• Focus on the data accuracy
• Rigorous, conscientious, open-minded & quality-minded
• Empowered to handle confidential information
• Excellent computer skills : MS Office, especially Excel; payroll software; HR systems, Time &
Attendance systems. The knowledge of EBlox and Protime Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge about social legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Planning and organization skills
• Solution-oriented
• Flexibility, able to adapt to changes
• Internal customer oriented
• Able to work independently
• Ability to analyze data, run reports, and provide requested information
• Fluent in French, and good command of English, Dutch is an asset
