Key Responsibilities:
- Team up with department managers to whip up captivating job listings.
- Embark on a quest to discover the perfect candidates through various channels.
- Take the reins on selecting and coordinating interviews, both first and second rounds.
- Join forces with the hiring manager to concoct detailed financial proposals, juggling budgets, salary scales, and regional vibes for candidates.
- Master the art of crafting agreements for both payroll and freelancers, ensuring every financial proposal detail finds its perfect home.
- Take part in the development of Soft HR projects initiative from brainstorm to execution.
- Bring your expertise and initiative linked to, and not limited to, Employer Branding, Campus Management, Partnership with Schools, Universities, Public Institutions, Onboarding, Retention, .... initiatives.
- You bring maximum 4 years of Talent Acquisition and Soft HR projects participation experience.
- You excel in delivering an outstanding candidate experience by managing a seamless recruitment process and maintaining consistent communication with candidates from the application stage to contract signature.
- Your impressive track record involves successfully tracking down candidates through diverse platforms, such as job boards and social media.
- Your talent for exchanging and analyzing candidate feedback seamlessly aligns with our hiring needs, priorities, and standards.
- Driven by goals, you thrive on delivering tangible results.
- Whether it's collaborative teamwork or independently tackling assignments, you find joy in both.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English or French and English is a non-negotiable.
- You're on the lookout for a full-time position and are willing to grace our offices in Brussels.
