Description

As an Insight Consultant (Qualitative), you are determined to activate change for great brands through a passion for data and consumer insights.

You are project driven and can manage your time and workload independently, but equally you love to collaborate in teams to reach the best result.

Initially, your focus is on data analysis and reporting, but you are eager to learn and develop expertise in qualitative research methods across full projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management


  • Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects with support from senior team members.
  • Collaborate well with and act as a liaison for PST.


Activity Design


  • Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.


Fieldwork


  • Grow your moderating experience with 1on1 interviews and group discussions ( both synchronous and asynchronous).
  • You can brief external moderators
  • Review the status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally.


Analysis And Reporting (primary Focus In This Role)


  • Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects (except for very complex projects).
  • You can provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
  • Interpret an analysis plan and use it as a base to collaborate with others.
  • You listen with an open mind to colleague's feedback on your work.


Presenting


  • Gain experience by presenting internally (e.g. team meetings).
  • Attend client presentations and can answer questions that relate to your analyses.
  • Become comfortable with moderating and online communities.


Account Management


  • Gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications.
