FREELANCE (SENIOR) ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTING MANAGER

At Minds&More, we work with clients across a range of industries, helping them tackle complex financial challenges. We’re now looking for a talented freelance (Senior) Accountant/Accounting Manager for diverse client assignments – someone who’s ready to bring both experience and energy to the table.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work for several clients in a broad range of industries.
• Oversee the full accounting process from A to Z, including month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly and by the book.
• Work with different accounting standards like BEGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP – because you know the drill.
• Bring your system skills into play, having worked with multiple platforms (the more, the better!).
• Lead a team or work alongside one, depending on the role, to ensure top-notch financial management.
• Use your experience in SMEs, multinationals, or production environments to handle the complexity that comes with each client.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, applied economic sciences, or similar studies.
• You have notable experience: 2-5 years for a junior role, or 5+ years for a senior role.
• You’ve worked at a Big4 firm or a recognized accounting office.
• You are highly collaborative and have great team leadership skills.
• You’re comfortable in different systems and quick to learn new ones.
• You know how to keep things organized and get the numbers right.
