Internal Salesforce Consultant

Want to make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce expert in the pharmaceutical industry. After successfully merging two Salesforce instances, the focus will now shift to data clean-up, extraction, and reporting. You'll optimize the quota-to-cash cycle, design cross-functional workflows between sales and customer service, and train end-users.

You’ll also be responsible for gathering the requirements from stakeholders to integrating Salesforce with their ERP and other systems. They have about 100 users in Salesforce. They mainly work with Sales Cloud and CPQ.

The ideal candidate is a goal-getter who drives results, is communicative and can tell the business what needs to happen. You can gather requirements, do analysis, work on flows and are an expert in stakeholder management.

Do you fit into the following profile?

• You have 5+ years of experience as a functional Salesforce consultant, BA or Administrator.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are pro-active, ambitious and driven.
• You have a Bachelor or Master in IT or Business Administration.
• You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Relevant Certifications would be a +
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered a +
• You are currently living in Belgium and don’t require a transfer of your work permit.
