Your duties and responsibilities?

As a Business Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial success. Your main tasks include:

• Conducting performance analyses per client, team, and project to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitoring project margins, supplier transactions, and compliance with key client contract clauses.
• Defining and reporting on KPIs while leading rolling forecasts.
• Benchmarking and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Managing diverse financial projects, including tax optimization, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
• Supporting the group’s international expansion with strategic financial expertise.

Ideal profile?

• Experience: 3–5 years in audit or controlling.
• Languages: Trilingual (Dutch, English, French). Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Economics.
