We are looking for a seasoned IT Business Analyst to join our Data and Services (DnS) Tribe in the Anomaly Detection (AD) business area. AD ensures a frictionless and secure payment experience by detecting anomalies early. ✅

• 🔍 Analyse & Validate: Work closely with stakeholders to define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.

• 🎯 Model & Guide: Create conceptual models (functional and data) and serve as a product expert throughout software delivery phases.
• 🤝 Collaborate: Manage product backlogs with Product Owners and provide clear guidance to engineers.

💻 Technical Skills:

• 📐 Solution Modelling: Proficient in UML, Sparx EA, SAP LeanIX.
• 🛠️ Data Governance: Skilled with tools like Idera ER/Studio, Collibra.
• 📡 API Standards: Experience with OpenAPI, Swagger.
• 📅 Agile Tools: Familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
• 💬 Team Collaboration: Use of MS Teams and similar tools.
• 🐞 BDD Tools (Advantage): Knowledge of Cucumber or similar platforms.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• 🎓 Degree: University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 💼 Experience:
• 🕒 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, blending technical and business expertise.
• ✏️ Proven track record in functional and data design, user story writing, and stakeholder management.
• 💳 Familiarity with financial services or financial crime prevention (advantage).
• 🛠️ Prior experience in Agile methodologies.
