IT Project Manager (Dynamics)

We are looking for multiple freelance professionals for different projects. Your personal passion, interests, and experience will be decisive in setting the right accents and determining your personal journey.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Drawing up project plans
• People management for the members of the various (project) teams
• Planning the project in terms of timeline and milestones
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities to the project members
• Mapping and managing project risks (and measures)
• Manage project issues
• Ensuring that solutions comply with standards and best practices as applicable within the client
• Stakeholder management: proactively coordinate with various project stakeholders
• Regular coordination with the steering group
• Coordination with suppliers and external partners
• Change management
• Reporting

Your Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience as a project manager for (digital) projects
• Experience with ERP implementations, preferably MS Dynamics
• Strong affinity with ICT
• Experience with (Microsoft) CRM is a big plus
• Experience in the construction sector is definitely a plus
• Good command of common project management tools

Non-technical requirements:

• Strong communicator, both at the level of executive (project) staff and C-level management
• Diplomatic and patient: someone who knows how to gain trust
• Independent and proactive
• Strong analytical skills
• Team-builder: someone who builds bridges between organisational units

Other requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with modern project management methods
• Master's degree or equivalent through accumulated knowledge and experience
• Fluent in Dutch
