Tasks

• Processing accounts payable and receivable, with a high focus on accounts receivable
• Conducting dunning procedures on a frequent basis
• Liaising with overdue customers and debt collection agencies
• Support maintaining the general ledger and booking transactions
• Preparing VAT declarations and pay runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting monthly and year-end closings under supervision
  
  

Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with systems (e.g., SAP, MS AX and Oxiaon)
• Very good communication skills, written and spoken in local language and English
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Strong numerical skills and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
