Junior Business Controller

Mission

The Emeria Group is a European leader in residential real estate services. As a Junior Business Controller, you will work for the Emeria Flanders companies, including Syncura, Rencura, Easy Syndic, and Insures.

You play a crucial role in supporting our financial department. You work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the management team to conduct financial analyses, prepare reports, and manage budgets.

You will work from the headquarters in Sint-Denijs-Westrem.

What are your tasks as a Junior Business Controller?

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Critically evaluating and interpreting financial data
• Adjusting analytical bookings where necessary
• Identifying and resolving financial issues
• Proactively contributing to achieving the objectives of Emeria Flanders
• Participating in monthly P&L meetings with the management
• Engaging in dialogue with the P&L managers
• Reporting directly to the CFO
  
  

Profil

Do you recognize yourself in the following profile?

• You have a Master’s degree in a financial field
• You have at least 2 years of work experience in audit/corporate/business controlling
• You excel in your strong analytical skills
• Excel holds no secrets for you; you know the ins and outs of this program
• Result-oriented, proactive, and smooth communication are the characteristics that define you
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and you can manage in French and English

You work a 40-hour week, which entitles you to 12 extra paid leave days (ADV). Additionally, we offer a flexible schedule, and as a Junior Business Controller, you can work from home up to 2 days a week with the necessary office equipment (such as an office chair, computer screens, docking station, etc.) provided. Your workplace is located at ‘The Loop’ in Sint-Denijs-Westrem in a beautiful new building complex.
