We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will act as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and helping to turn prospects into happy customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to client feedback during business hours and address their concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information to facilitate collaboration with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage and process client information.
  • Prepare commercial meetings and ensure proper follow-ups.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and traits:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
  • Native-level fluency in French.
  • A B2 level or higher in English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to the team’s success.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Application Review: Submit your resume and cover letter in French. Our team will review your application to ensure alignment with the role.
  • Initial Interview: Participate in a video interview with our HR team to discuss your experience and motivations.
  • Technical Exercise: Complete a short exercise to demonstrate your organizational and communication skills.
  • Final Interview: Meet with the Commercial Director and team members to discuss the role in detail and ensure it’s a mutual fit.
