Junior Data Expert

We are currently looking for a Junior Data Expert to support the central recruitment team on projects related to process optimization, data, and reporting.

YOUR MISSION

You will be part of a transversal team where flexibility and collaboration are key. Within this team, your primary focus will be on data analysis, process optimization, and administrative support. While you will be versatile, your attention will mainly be on data-driven and process-related aspects. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to improve workflows, develop reports, and strengthen our recruitment strategies.

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for data and process optimization? As a Junior Data Expert, you play a central role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data. You will develop reports and insights that contribute to improving our operational processes and achieving better results. Additionally, you will support the team with employer branding tasks, such as administrative and reporting duties, and contribute to campaigns, events, and content creation. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that processes are efficient and our employer brand is strengthened.

Data-Focused Administrative Support:

• Manage administrative tasks closely related to data processing and analysis.
• This includes preparing salary proposals, managing the Talent Acquisition mailbox, and other administrative processes involving data analysis.

Data Analysis and Process Optimization:

• Support the analysis of our operational processes.
• Propose concrete optimizations based on your analysis.
• Collect relevant data and translate your insights into recommendations to improve recruitment strategy effectiveness.

Reporting :

• Regularly create reports to measure the effectiveness of our services.
• Responsible for both ad hoc and recurring reports, ensuring they are delivered on time, accurate, and relevant.

YOUR PROFILE :

· You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, HR Analytics, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.

· Tools like Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools are second nature to you.

· You possess strong analytical skills and have experience translating data into operational insights and process optimizations.

· Knowledge of process improvement techniques and optimizing workflows through data analysis is essential.

· Basic knowledge of AI and automation of reporting and processes is a plus.

· You speak and write fluently in Dutch or French, and English.
