Your role at a glance

As Junior Executive Assistant, you’ll support the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office.


Your responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings and events, including travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Managing agendas, emails, phone calls, presentations, and expense reports.
  • Supporting team projects, creating process improvements, and standardizing workflows.
  • Preparing reports and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the different teams.
  • And much more

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, Languages, or similar.
  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role ( Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager), ideally in an international setting.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
  • Solid IT skills (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
