Your role at a glance
As Junior Executive Assistant, you’ll support the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office.
Your responsibilities
Organizing meetings and events, including travel and hotel arrangements.
Managing agendas, emails, phone calls, presentations, and expense reports.
Supporting team projects, creating process improvements, and standardizing workflows.
Preparing reports and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ad hoc administrative support to the different teams.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, Languages, or similar.
Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role ( Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager), ideally in an international setting.
Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
Solid IT skills (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
