BESTMIX wants to expand its dynamic team of Consultants with a Junior Internal Consultant ERP Customer Service.

Your responsibilities as Junior Internal Consultant ERP Customer Service

• You are the first point of contact for technical questions about our BESTMIX product range.
• You register and analyze the questions, discuss them with the product experts and the developers, and are responsible for communicating the solution to the right people.
• Analyzing defects, debugging the applications and communicating to the development teams.
• Together with your colleagues, you provide the necessary documentation to keep the knowledge database up-to-date.
• You will work in an international and dynamic team and provide support in external projects, (mostly worldwide), by studying cases and providing remote support in training sessions.
• Responsible for documenting the customer's configurations as well as providing second-line support with the other consultants.
  
  
  

Your profile as Junior Internal Consultant ERP Customer Service

• You have a higher education with a technical ICT background or are equivalent through experience.
• You have a good knowledge of system administration (Windows, SQL Server, Networking).
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are customer-oriented and communicative.
• You can work independently, take initiative and enjoy achieving results as part of a team.
• You are analytical, stress-resistant and think along flexibly to find solutions.
• You will mainly work at the head office in Maldegem or from our office in Veenendaal.
