To reinforce our Sales team, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You shape customer strategies for the short, medium, and long term, teaming up with the Senior Key Account Manager to make them happen.
  • You take charge of your customer portfolio, working independently while keeping the team in the loop.
  • You build strong, authentic relationships with customers, turning business reviews into meaningful connections.
  • You craft and roll out promotion plans, launch exciting new products, and bring Category & Trade Marketing programs to life.
  • You stay ahead of the game by tracking market trends, retail activities, and competitors, sharing insights with your team.
  • You pitch in during annual business planning and keep things running smoothly by delivering on customer agreements.
  • You help customers grow their business while keeping profitability top of mind for everyone.
  • You back up the Senior Key Account Manager on key projects and make sure our top accounts get the attention they deserve.

Requirements:

What do we expect from you?

  • You ideally possess a Master's degree in economics combined with strong analytical and financial skills.
  • You look back on 2-3 years (minimum) of relevant sales or trade marketing experience in FMCG or Retail.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French and able to conduct professional negotiations in all 3 languages.
  • You are a driven problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and you’re able to take initiatives and decisions autonomously.
  • You’re a skilled negotiator with a savvy eye on costs. You remain cool under pressure, and excel in both negotiation and presentation.
