As Key Account Manager Consumer Retail - DIY you’ll be responsible for ensuring growth at one of our largest customers in the Benelux.

What you’ll do
- Foster a collaborative and high performance team environment to ensure maximum results
- Develop and execute strategic account plans. This involves identifying growth opportunities, setting goals, and creating strategies to achieve them
- Negotiating contracts, pricing and other terms with key customers
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to make informed decisions and to develop strategies
- Building strong trust-based relationships with customers
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business administration, or a related field
- +3 years of relevant sales or account management experience (Consumer environment)
- You are a strategic thinker, being able to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Fluent Dutch/English/French.
- You have strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and high performance team environment
- Strong negotiation skills are important for discussing contracts, pricing, and other terms with key customers
- You are analytical, being able to analyze sell-in and sell-out data to make informed decisions and to develop strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
