As we navigate our transformation journey, it's crucial that both our People & Culture function the wider business are supported and enabled in ensuring legal compliance at all stages. Working as part of the Social Leadership and HR Legal team, the Legal Counsel will work strategically to provide advice, processes, templates and documentation which will enable our transformation to take place smoothly and effectively. No two days will be the same as we touch on a diverse range of legal topics, and you will also have the chance to work closely with your peers in other countries, understanding the legal differences between regions whilst developing a 'One C&A' approach.



Your responsibilities:


  • Drive Employment law advice for Business & People & Culture to ensure legal compliance
  • Manage People & Culture templates (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, any kind of relevant P&C contracts) to ensure legal compliance
  • Support labor court proceedings
  • Drive training measures for managers and P&C colleagues to ensure legal compliance throughout the company



What you bring:



  • 3 – 5 years relevant professional experience in the field of employment / labor law
  • Highly analytic mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and social competence
  • Ability to understand and explain complex legal issues simply
  • Resilience and adaptability; crucial to understanding our transformation journey
