Fujitsu is looking for an IT Logistic and Asset Administrator for a European Institutions in Brussels.

We offer both Freelance & employment contracts for this role.


DESCRIPTION OF TASKS


We are searching for an administrative profile who will carry out the following tasks

  • Management of Software Licenses
  • Stock Management
  • Administrative support to the ordering process (both for HQs and Delegations) and shipment of supplies to the Delegations and 3rd parties
  • Ordering process
  • Acceptance of equipment deliveries
  • Delivery and shipment process

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of ICT Hardware (important)
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate & precise
  • Being able to work independently
  • Experience with the purchase of ICT equipment and services in an international environment
  • Experience with budget management and budget reporting
  • Experience with contract management in an international environment
  • Overall experience with ICT tender and procurement procedures in an international environment


YOUR PROFILE


Education: You hold a secondary high school diploma or higher

Experience: you have 3+ years of experience in Logistics / Asset Management

Languages: EN and FR
