Are you the new Management Assistant at Tiberghien in Brussels?

What will you do?

As a Management Assistant, you will be the backbone of the team and the trusted right hand of one of their partners. No two days are alike: you’ll provide high-level support to the partner and her/his team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From calendar management to organizing international travel—you handle it all with finesse!


Your responsibilities include:

  • Accurately managing and coordinating the agenda.
  • Drafting, translating, and reviewing documents while preparing case files.
  • Organizing (international) travel and events.
  • Managing correspondence and emails.
  • Keeping digital files and archives up to date.
  • Taking on various administrative tasks such as compliance and seminar registrations.


Who are you?

For this dynamic role, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional who brings the following qualities:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Native-level French with excellent proficiency in Dutch and English or native-level Dutch with excellent proficiency in English and French.
  • Advanced level of Word and Powerpoint
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Independence, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience in a law firm or similar environment is a plus.
  • A proactive, dynamic attitude with a natural curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
