Overview

As Senior Consultant, you provide high-level expertise and strategic advice to clients across various industries. This role involves managing client relationships, leading consulting projects, and delivering actionable solutions to enhance business performance. You are expected to leverage your extensive experience and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations.

• Present findings and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their goals.

2. Strategic Planning and Solution Development:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client operations, processes, and challenges.

• Develop comprehensive strategies and tailored solutions to address client needs.

• Design and implement frameworks and methodologies to drive business improvements.

3. Project Leadership and Management:

• Lead multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget constraints.

• Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external partners, to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

4. Industry Expertise and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Apply industry-specific knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

• Provide thought leadership through publications, presentations, and participation in industry forums.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Develop detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.

• Create and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, outcomes, and business impact.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and compliant with client and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications

Educational Background: you have a master's degree preferably in subjects such as engineering, data, IT or business.

Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting role or in an internal role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of English.
