My client is searching for a Permanent Electromechanical Engineer who is up for working within a massive modern company within their production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work within engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to drive project execution and resolve engineering issues.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project development and decision-making.
Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical design, and industrial automation.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
