Key activities:

  • Liaison with the Commercial Operations above-market team within the Commercial Administration Support service line with focus on Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA).
  • Coordinate and oversees the transition of commercial administration processes to Bulgaria early 2025:
    • Manage local outlet contracts.
    • Maintain Contracts in Salesforce.com
    • Calculate & Initiate payment requests based on Customer sales volumes.
  • Act as Business Partner for the Commercial Administration Support service line: manage commercial escalations and ensure clear mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities & processes, be the SPOC both in and above-market.
  • Coach and upskill on processes and ways of working
  • (Indirect People Management).
  • Build strong relationships with local teams (Finance, Field Sales, Legal) as well as above market team to secure and perform high quality commercial support.
  • Collect business requirements from commercial teams and ensure operational standards are kept E2E to overcome lack of commercial proximity.
  • Proactively identify, requirements and manage continuous improvements related to account contract administration and pay for performance calculations.
  • Follow up the above market team on different KBIs (e.g. SLA)
  • Manage strategic projects and transformation initiatives impacting the Commercial Administration Support service line.
  • Drive adoption of commercial tools.
  • Bridge with central team.
  • Perform change management by building capabilities.
  • Foster cultural engagement around use of new and existing tools and processes.
Skills:

  • Business Knowledge of activities related to contract administration and pay for performance calculations.
  • Strong process/project management and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact and concise verbal and written communication, power to convince.
  • Strong team player: pro-active, ability to connect, positive mind-set, high energy, ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Management and Coordination.
  • Ability to plan and work independently, under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Language requirements: Dutch and/or French, and English.
