The Office Manager plays a key role in managing the daily overall good functioning of the office and support the office teams.
What will you do ?
Assisting the board and partners with meeting preparations, HR-related, legal company and other administrative matters reporting to the responsible partners.
Supervising the receptionist, travel arrangements, and planning of meetings.
Oversee housekeeping, concierge services, building maintenance and IT-related issues
Organizing EPPA events (book launches, lunches, academy, etc.). While supported by the events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing these events. You will also attend events as the face and main contact point for EPPA.
Handling the selection, reception, and onboarding of interns.
Coordinating and organizing trainings with the responsible partners
Fostering a sense of community within the office. With many employees working remotely or spread out, it's important to be a clear point of contact, ensure structured meetings, and encourage communication among team members. Provide support to associates where needed.
What do we expect ?
Degree Management assistant.
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a solid command of English (the primary internal language) and speak both Dutch and French fluently.
Experience in working in an international, changing and hybrid company is an advantage
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills essential for building relationships between staff members, management and clients.
Maintain confidentiality and security is paramount, given the sensitive client information that we handle.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and other relevant software/computer knowledge (CRM/Teams/ WIMI/etc.)
