Office Manager

NCBHAM is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager who will work with our dynamic and engaging team of creative minds.

If you are structured, agile, detail-oriented, skilled at managing priorities, and eager to learn on the go, we’d love to hear from you!

Here are some of the things you’ll do to help run our office organisation and administration:

• Oversee and support all daily office management and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
• Perform hospitality duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, organise office events, prepare meetings with clients and visitors
• Be the single point of contact for office-related services suppliers and manage requests and contracts
• Provide HR support and organise team events
• Support business development of activities such as tender submissions and formatting offers and clients presentations
• Work closely with management team and offer administrative and operational support
• Proficiency in languages (NL, FR, EN) is essential.
