Base pay range
For one of our clients, a human-sized yet international structured located in the heart of Brussels, we are looking for an Office Manager. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for the office management, acting like a central point for all support-related matters. Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, you will also be responsible for the implementation of all operations and office procedures.
In this position as an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Office Management: general office support (office facilities & supplies, maintenance of equipment, etc.), logistics around meetings (preparation, minutes", draft of reports), travel arrangements, contact with local authorities, day to day communications, etc.
- Processes & Organisation: identify process improvement opportunities, develop and propose changes, follow up on projects results
- HR Management: personnel administration, contact with social secretary, contracts, insurances, yearly evaluation process, staff wellbeing, training plans development, etc.
- Accounting & Finance: preparation of the accounts, interaction with external accountant and suppliers, budget, invoicing process, etc.
- Other: development of guidelines, general administrative support, database maintenance and update, etc.
The ideal profile of the Office Manager:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- You have an excellent level of French combined with a good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- You have an in-depth knowledge of office management procedures and policies
- You have an excellent command of the MS-Office package (Word, Excel, etc.)
- You have excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
- You are flexible, confidence and self-motivated
