The Role
Office Management:
- Ensure everything in the office runs smoothly.
- Manage office supplies and facilities.
- Plan and organize meetings, events, and appointments like a pro.
- Be the go-to person for colleagues and clients with questions or issues.
Management Support:
- Assist the executive team with planning and organizing meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentations and take minutes when needed.
- Conduct market research to help us understand the market.
- Provide colleagues with necessary analyses based on existing reports.
- Manage our social media, creating engaging content and interactions.
- Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns, and follow up with results analysis.
Your Profile
Attitude:
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Solution-oriented and independent, but also a team player.
- Takes responsibility and makes decisions without constant supervision.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent time management and task prioritization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and social media.
- Quick and effective in responding to unexpected situations and problems.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience is equally valuable.
- Previous experience in a similar role, focusing on both office management and support tasks.
