We’re looking for our new Payroll Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, who will be responsible for the complete payroll management for our employees in these two countries, in collaboration with our social secretariats. You will play a key role in salary administration, ensuring that all payroll processes are executed accurately and in compliance with local regulations.


Main Responsibilities :


  • Manage and oversee payroll processing for employees in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll and social security laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit tax and social security declarations.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain payroll systems and employee records up to date.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Ensure workforce and KPI reporting for both the Group and local management needs.
  • Project management: ensure the migration of payroll and time management tools.


Required Qualifications :


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in payroll management, preferably in an international environment; experience with social secretariats is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and payroll software.
  • Bilingual in French/Dutch, with a good level of English.
