Job description

Portolani is ready to welcome a portfolio analyst to process and analyse investment data, as well as prepare and review consolidated portfolio reports for its clients. You will be the first point of contact with financial intermediaries, verify transaction data, prepare investment instructions, and follow up on their execution, working closely with both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, check, analyze and process transaction data of client portfolios.
• Produce and check client portfolio reports.
• Improve data-automation and processes.
• Gather and analyze financial product and market information.
• Analyze and evaluate fund manager results.
• Analyze and evaluate the proposals of custodians and asset managers.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and develop/execute new projects regarding the wealth management platform

Qualification

• Integrity, diligence and a healthy pro-active mindset describe your persona.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven knowledge of Office (Excel).
• Great communication skills in Dutch, English and French (minimum fluency in two out of these three languages).
• Experience of working with wealth management software is a plus.

Academics

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or any scientific field.
