About The Role

This multifaceted role blends the responsibilities of a finance manager and CFO.

Your responsibilities in supporting our Portfolio Companies will include

  • "Getting your hands dirty" while establishing a solid financial basis for each portfolio company: accounting, controlling, reporting, dashboarding...
  • Constructing a scalable model for new portfolio companies;
  • Working alongside the finance teams of our portfolio companies. Supporting them, growing them, shaping them;
  • Deriving business recommendations from your financial analysis;
  • Developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, strategic plans;
  • Collaborating with management, both on holding and portfolio level;
  • Taking on interim CFO roles for select companies as needed.

You are the perfect fit if you…

  • Hold a master's degree in finance, business economics, commercial engineering, or a related field, with an excellent academic track record;
  • Have 6 to 10 years of work experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting;
  • Are results-driven and motivated to go the extra mile;
  • Want to achieve maximum impact and are hands-on;
  • Are an out-of-the-box thinker, are bold and dare to disagree;
  • Are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a plus.
