Your role as a Process Engineer 🛠️

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize our production processes and make a real difference. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying improvement opportunities and bottlenecks 🧐.
• Analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions (sometimes in collaboration with teams such as engineering or maintenance) 🤝.
• Embedding improvements sustainably into our processes 🌱.
• Clearly and visually communicating changes within the team 📊.
• Playing a key role in various project groups within “Operations Manufacturing” 🎯.
• Implementing and optimizing digital systems for better data analysis and visualization 📈.
• Establishing standards for the maintenance and reliability of equipment ⚙️ and executing these efficiently through project management 📋.

What you bring 🧠

• A master’s degree in (electro)mechanics or equivalent experience 🎓.
• Affinity with PLCs, robotics, artificial intelligence, or industrial engineering 🤖.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills 📚.
• A problem-solving mindset and sharp analytical skills 🛠️.
• Team spirit: you thrive on collaboration 👥.
• Fluent communication in English (and preferably also Dutch) 💬.
