PROCESS & TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER

The Process & Technology (P&T) Engineer is responsible for initiating and implementing technical improvements, preventing and resolving technical problems, and assessing the capabilities of the processes. (S)he integrates internal and external customers’ expectations and takes active part to meet the requirements. The P&T engineer works closely with the R&D team as well as with the customer support team. (S)he reports to the Battice plant’s P&T Leader.

Your Job Responsibilities

• Drive process consistency to deliver process efficiency, product quality and volume targets
• Provide technological support to Production, Maintenance, QHSE and customers
• Run product trials to support R&D development and product industrialisation
• Drive standardisation and coach others on standards
• Analyse product and process data and identify opportunities for process improvement, equipment efficiency and performance optimisation
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and determine corrective and preventive actions to prevent process failure, resolve issues related to customer complaints and foster continuous improvement
• Adopt an exemplary behaviour regarding safety and participate actively in safety promotion and improvement
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a technical master’s degree in applied sciences (civil or industrial engineering).
• A first experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
• You are curious and passionate about applying your skills to improve a process.
• You show creative thinking and continuously come up with ideas.
• You are detail-oriented and are able to envision the job as part of the larger company strategy.
• You are a team player with solid communication skills.
• You adopt a positive and constructive attitude and demonstrate a high ability to deal with new technologies and processes.
