About the Role - We are looking for a PROGRAM & MARKET GROWTH MANAGER (M/F/X) to support the growth of our existing social housing smart retrofit business, develop programs to showcase the benefits and strengths of our solutions, and support policymakers in driving the low-carbon transition of buildings and the energy system.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of our existing social housing smart retrofit business in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands.
• Develop programs to showcase the benefits and strengths of our solutions.
• Support policymakers in driving the low-carbon transition of buildings and the energy system.

What you’ll be doing

Project Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and meetings with project partners (at local, regional, national, European levels).
• Monitor/Steer the progress of Interreg and other projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and approved plans.
• Manage communication between partners to ensure clarity of responsibilities and deadlines.

Development of New Value Propositions:

• Identify and build new opportunities in collaboration with our customers and key partners.

Commercial and Sales Responsibilities:

• Follow up on commercial leads and strengthen our market position in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands. Contribute to sales leadership and explore new customer segments.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Business Engineering.
• 3+ years of proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an Interreg or EU-funded project environment.
• A strong understanding of the funding programs, their objectives, and reporting requirements is crucial.
• The ability to engage and guide partners towards achieving predefined objectives, with a focus on consensus-building and collaboration.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required (French will be highly appreciated, German is an asset).
