THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our global transition team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing growth and productivity projects in our company and ensuring that the initiatives are implemented according to schedule and budget.
You'll also be accountable to update leadership, personnel, and clients on any prospective growth & productivity-related changes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and Manage Programs: Coordinating any major programs within the company, within engineering, sales, finance, technology functions and manage growth initiatives and governance changes.
- Transformation: Creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements with clear & measurable KPIs.
- Ensuring that transitions and programs are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the program.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Location: Katowice, Poland
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing major transition projects and programs (min. 3 years)
- Formal Project Management Certification: PMI, PMP, Prince 2 will be beneficial
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma will be beneficial.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & Communication - Ability to communicate on a highly professional stage.. The ability and willingness to serve, as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Driven and problem-solving skills - The ability to handle and solve difficult problems with good decision making while staying professional, tactful and polite at all times.
- Attention to detail - Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the area’s involved, no matter how small; monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently; ability to integrate and call on other references and resources as necessary.
- Organization and Time Management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Energy and drive - Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish; shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- High level of accountability & Integrity - Sets realistic commitments and delivers on them; is accountable for its activities, accepts responsibility for them, and discloses the results in a transparent manner.
