Project Manager

Project Manager - Antwerp Region - Permanent role

I am partnered with a company in the Renewable Energies Industry, they focus on providing waste to energy technologies for their client's production plants across Europe. They are currently looking for an experienced project manager to take command of projects worth between €1,000,000 and €20,000,000.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new construction, expansion, or upgrade projects at the WtE facility.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to align project goals.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as contractors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental) or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Project Engineer/Project Manager, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in EPC Power Plants is a significant plus.
• Fluent French speaking is important. Knowledge of waste-to-energy technologies, processes,
• Willingness to travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
