The role
To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.
Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions
Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions
Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams
Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics )
All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe
About you
Bachelor degree or higher qualification
Fluent in French and English (nice to have: Dutch)
7+ year of maintenance management in Retail sector or similar.
High observable level of Customer service
