Your Key Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
Providing training and education on safety practices to employees
Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions
Maintaining safety records and documentation
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs
Collaborating with management and employees to create a culture of safety
Keeping up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations
Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
Managing safety-related projects and initiatives
Providing guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
Coordinating with external agencies and authorities on safety issues
Job requirements
Our Expectations
Diploma as Prevention Advisor level 1 or level 2 with +10 years of experience in a leading role within HSE
Experience preferably in the telecom or a similar industry
Good computer knowledge
Fluent multilingual in Dutch, French and English: speaking, writing and reading. Knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
VCA-Vol, GOF3-4, Veiligheidscoördinator niv. A/B
