We are hiring an IT Security Project Manager

Your Role as an IT Security Project Manager

As an IT Security Project Manager, you will:

• Manage IT security projects aligned with the organization’s NIS2 compliance goals.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
• Lead risk assessments, communication plans, and service transition activities.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and operational teams to implement security solutions.
• Coordinate Agile workflows and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Security Program Manager.

Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including requirement gathering, planning, and KPI monitoring.
• Proven track record in IT security project leadership with hands-on experience in IAM, endpoint security, secure development, or threat modeling.

Certifications

• PRINCE2 or similar project management certification required.
• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO27001, or NIST standards is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with modern IT infrastructures and security frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Excellent team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
