What will be your key responsibilities?
The job requires an In-depth understanding of all SRM levers and the ability to manage a vast amount of internal/external as well as local and regional stakeholders. The role needs to be able to balance regional and local needs and is stretched between strategic and operational tasks. Key contacts will be SRM leads in the markets, local sales teams as well as regional demand teams.
The jobholder is responsible for the delivery of the following tasks:
Standardization and digitalization/automation of SRM reporting & Analytics
- Phase 1: Develop standardized best-In class reporting landscape for the region
- Phase 2: X-market lead person to drive digitalization and automation of SRM reporting & analytics in collaboration with Mars Digital Technology teams and external partner:
- Develop & align scope & roadmap for EU SRM tool to strategic goals in the areas of pricing simulations, promotion optimization, sales attribution modelling, profit pool analysis, customer margins
- Adapt EU SRM Tool to specifics of the REM Market.
- Drive increased trade investment productivity, net price realization and improved mix to deliver mutual profitable growth. Underpinned by Mars Laws of Growth, partners across One Demand to optimize pack-price architecture, Trade ROI and aligns Mars’ trade investment with our Strategic Channel Management ambitions & pay for performance levers. Ensures healthy product and customer mix for delivery of portfolio growth & profitability targets
- What are we looking for?
- University degree ideally in business economics or similar
- Min 3 years of experience working in SRM (either in local or regional roles)
- Ideally sales experience
- Knowledge of FMCG and customer landscape in Germany
- Experience in managing digital projects
- The role is a 12 month assignment with possibility for permanent contract after.
