Monitoring stock in external warehouses in the region, ensuring correct and timely processing of orders.
Gaining a strong understanding of the supply chain for the French market and contributing to its efficiency:
Which warehouse delivers to which customer?
How are stocks replenished?
How are orders processed?
Handling, following up on, and resolving issues and complaints, as well as invoices and penalties.
Together with your customer service colleague for the French region, you are responsible for managing all orders (Order Entry, planning, delivery, and possible complaints).
This Is What We Expect From You
You already have experience in a similar role, preferably in the food sector.
You are proactive and work independently.
You speak and write Dutch and French fluently.
You are an excellent communicator with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
As a back-up for your customer service colleague, experience with an ERP system (ideally SAP) is a significant advantage.
You enjoy working with your colleagues to achieve optimal service.
Thanks to your structured approach, you easily maintain oversight between our customers and internal departments such as logistics, quality, finance, and IT.
