Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Sales Manager BeLux Medication Delivery Solutions - this is a hybrid role in Aalst, Belgium.

As the Sales Manager for Medication Delivery Solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team. Reporting to the Country Business Leader MDS Belux, you will be a key stakeholder in local decision-making processes, actively contributing to the realization of the Belux strategy.

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.

This is a leadership position, reporting directly to the Country Business Leader MDS Benelux. You will serve as a trusted partner and advisor, crafting and implementing business strategies to drive growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. Your management approach will play a pivotal role in aligning local initiatives with regional and international objectives.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the commercialization strategy, ensuring alignment with the European and BeLux strategy
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to build and implement annual business plans that exceed regional targets, focusing on growth drivers and market opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team, fostering excellence in execution and skill development
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key accounts, customers, KOLs, trade associations, and new market professionals to understand local needs and improve the customer experience
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustained sales growth in the region
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and representation of MDS in business meetings


Requirements

Bachelor or Master

7-10 Senior sales experience in healthcare + people management up to 6 FTE

Customer Engagement: C suite level

Making data-driven decisions and leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes.

Innovative and adaptive approach

Dutch is mandatory + English , French is nice to have
