Desirable Skills-

Mandatory

Experience in Banking and financial Domain is mandatory

· Good understanding of IT (technical, functional analysis, architecture) and testing Experience

· API/Swagger knowledge Business experience mandatory

· More than 5 years of Business analysis experience

· Great stakeholders management (Business and IT stakeholders)

· Great oral and written communication· Good understanding of work flow processes Soft skills

· Analytical mind – conceptual thinking

· Customer centricity (put the customer at the heart of what we deliver and influence contributors where required)

· Communication skills (oral written), animation of workshops, Negotiation and persuasion skills

· Self-leading (empowered + end-to-end ownership) and taking the end to end lead of the tracks he is in charge of

· Structured approach· Problem-solver

· Quality-minded and eye for detail· Goal-oriented· Change management
