✍️ Your responsibilities:

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will:

• Deliver critical insights and correct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Take full global P&L responsibility across multiple regions and market segments.
• Optimize financial performance and manage working capital.
• Manage and Evaluate investments.
• Lead Budgeting, closing and forecasting. 
• Work in a dynamic, international environment with a collaborative mindset.

💪 Your Talents:

• 8+ years of experience in business controlling or financial business partnering.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic financial insights, driving business transformation, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex production environments.
• Proactive and Collaborative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• Experience with SAP 4/H is a plus.
